The Fitness Cellar offers many classes to help you obtain the results you want. The classes and associated fees are shown below.

ClassDescription
SpinningEvolution has put a spin on things with our unique way of teaching, incorporating upper body workouts into the mix. This fast pace cycling program takes your endurance and strength to another level.
Body PumpBody Pump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body! This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls (great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight). This class will inspire you to get the results you came for and FAST! Like all the Les Mills programs a new Body Pump class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
YogaWe use the Vinyasa-meaning flow technique to meet your health, wellness and relaxation needs. Melodically flow from one movement to the next. Balance your workouts with this style and you will increase flexibility, strengthen joints, statically work your muscles and leave feeling very refreshed.
Fitness for SeniorsSeniors need Fitness too! This class ranges from 50- 85 and above in age, combining cardiovascular fitness as well as anaerobic fitness, finishing up with flexibility for a complete workout.
Boot CampJust like the phrase: “What won't kill you, will only make you stronger” This challenging but fun class will get you on your way to a healthier and happier “YOU”! Our instructor will guide you through a series of intense workouts and challenging cardiovascular exercises. Get in the best shape of your life, “Guaranteed”!
Road RideThis Spinning class will challenge you with lots of hills and climbs. No fast sprints and no jumping. This is a great HR training class and great for that outdoor cyclist that would like to be challenged indoors.
Half Spin, Half WeightsThis class is designed to get you in and out of the gym in a flash. Spend 30 minutes on cardiovascular fitness and 30 minutes on weight training. The combination of both will challenge and allow you to reach your highest fitness potential.
