SpinningEvolution has put a spin on things with our unique way of teaching, incorporating upper body workouts into the mix. This fast pace cycling program takes your endurance and strength to another level.
Hard CoreA non-traditional group fitness class has various stations targeting every muscle group as well as incorporating a great cardio workout making this class fun for everyone. We use many methods to help you achieve the results you desire. Among the methods are: circuit training, kick boxing, XRKade, intervals and more.
YogaWe use the Vinyasa-meaning flow technique to meet your health, wellness and relaxation needs. Melodically flow from one movement to the next. Balance your workouts with this style and you will increase flexibility, strengthen joints, statically work your muscles and leave feeling very refreshed.
Peak PhysiqueThis aerobics based class also builds muscle strength and endurance. Participants will be led through a boot camp style workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and ready for the world.
Xtreme SuspensionSuspension training is one of the most intense full body workouts you will ever experience! There are over 350 different exercises to choose from and all will engage your core. If you think you are ready to take your workouts to the next level come join the fun.
Strike Force Fitness30 minutes of intense and core stabilizing exercises designed to energize your exercise program and teach you the fundamentals of kick boxing.
Gutts and ButtsIsolate your problem areas and literally work your butt off! Target your hips, butt and thighs in this low impact class.
ZumbaZumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
